How quickly can we be up and running?

Partners and managers can be live within five to six weeks of kicking off. Full firm rollout follows shortly after. If we start this month, you’re live next month.

Does my team need Power BI experience?

Not at all. The platform is designed for partners, practice managers, and team leaders who want clear answers — not BI analysts. We provide training sessions and onboarding videos as part of implementation. If someone in your firm wants to go deeper with the self-service capability, that’s available too.

What do we need to provide?

Very little. A kickoff meeting, access to your practice management system, and a few decisions around who should see what. We handle everything else.

What does it cost?

A one-off implementation fee based on firm size, then $55 per user per month — inclusive of Power BI Pro licences, ongoing maintenance, and up to 5 hours of support per month. Full pricing detail is on the Pricing page.

Will this disrupt our current systems or workflows?

No. Practice Clarity BI connects to your existing systems in read-only mode. Nothing changes in your practice software, and there’s no disruption to day-to-day operations.

Is there a trial period?

Yes. We offer a 6-month trial with no lock-in after that. Get live with your real data and decide for yourself.

How is the platform configured to our firm?

We start with a meeting to understand your firm’s structure, your reporting priorities, and what your team actually needs to see. The implementation is built around that conversation — not a generic template. You get a reporting layer that reflects how your firm actually works.

Can you connect to multiple practice management systems?

Yes. Multi-source implementations are available and scoped individually. If your firm runs more than one system, talk to us about what’s possible.

What happens if we want to leave?

There’s no lock-in after the initial trial period. We provide reasonable transition support and your underlying data stays accessible to you.

What’s included in the monthly support hours?

Up to 5 hours per month for minor changes, user additions, access management, and general maintenance. Anything beyond that is quoted separately before we proceed — you’ll always know the cost before we start.

Why is implementation so much faster than a custom build?

We’re not starting from scratch. We know your practice software — the data structures, the quirks, the gotchas. We’re accountants ourselves, so we don’t need weeks to understand the business. And we have a proven suite of standard accounting reports to build from. What we configure is the layer on top — the firm-specific detail that makes it yours.

What if our requirements change once we’re live?

Minor changes are covered in your monthly support hours. Anything larger is scoped and quoted separately before we proceed. The staged rollout means we validate everything before full firm adoption — scope surprises are minimised from the start.
